About SaharaCool

SaharaCool is an air-conditioning and appliance care team based in Ajman, in the northern Emirates. We started with one observation: in most homes, the AC, the fridge, the washing machine and the dryer all break into the same week eventually — and the owner ends up calling four different numbers, repeating the same story four times. We built one team that covers all of it.

What we do

Our work falls into three groups. First, cooling: AC maintenance and repair, HVAC installation, duct and dust cleaning, indoor air quality and heat pump systems. Second, refrigeration and business cooling: fridges, freezers and cold rooms that shops and restaurants depend on. Third, home appliances: washing machines, dryers and microwaves — backed by our own PCB repair bench, where the control boards inside all of these machines are repaired at component level instead of being replaced by default.

How we work

Every job starts on WhatsApp with the symptoms in your own words. We agree a visit window, diagnose at your property, and quote the full repair before starting. If a repair is poor value, we tell you. If a board can be repaired for a fraction of a replacement, we offer that first. And after the work, we test the appliance together with you before payment — that is the whole system, kept deliberately simple.

Where we work

Ajman is home and gets our fastest response. Sharjah and Dubai are covered on booked windows, and businesses across all three emirates use us for scheduled maintenance contracts. Working hours are Monday to Thursday and Saturday to Sunday, 9:00am to 9:00pm, and Friday 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
