Annual Maintenance Contracts
For properties and businesses that cannot afford breakdowns, a maintenance contract replaces emergency calls with a planned calendar.
What a contract covers
An AMC is a written agreement for a fixed period — usually twelve months — under which we schedule preventive visits for the equipment listed in the contract and give contract customers priority when something breaks between visits. Contracts are built per property, because a villa, a restaurant and a warehouse do not need the same calendar.
- Scheduled AC servicing visits (typically two to four per year per unit)
- Filter, coil and drain care on every scheduled visit
- Refrigeration and cold-room temperature checks for food businesses
- Priority booking for breakdown visits between scheduled services
- A visit log after every attendance, shared on WhatsApp
- Appliance cover (washer, dryer, fridge) can be added for homes and staff housing

How pricing works
We survey the property, count the equipment and agree the visit calendar — the contract price follows from that survey, not from a generic table.
