How much does an AC service cost in Ajman?
The price depends on the number and type of units and what the diagnosis finds — a clean-and-check visit costs less than a repair with parts. We confirm the visit price on WhatsApp before booking and the full repair price after diagnosis, before any work starts.
Can I book for today?
Inside Ajman, same-day slots are often available for AC and appliance repairs, especially outside the peak summer weeks. Message early in the day for the best chance; Sharjah and Dubai are normally next available window.
Do you charge for a visit if I don't repair?
The visit terms are agreed on WhatsApp before the technician travels. If you decline the repair after diagnosis, only the agreed visit arrangement applies — there are no add-ons invented at your door.
What should I send on WhatsApp to get a faster quote?
Three things help most: the appliance type and brand, a photo of the rating label (model number) if you can reach it, and a short description or video of the fault — an error code photo is especially useful.
Do you work on Fridays?
Yes, from 3:00pm to 9:00pm on Fridays, and 9:00am to 9:00pm on all other days except as announced on public holidays.
Can you maintain ACs for a whole building?
Yes — buildings and multi-unit properties are handled under an annual maintenance contract with a per-unit visit calendar and a single point of contact. See our maintenance contracts page or message us with the unit count.
Do you offer any warranty on repairs?
Replaced parts carry the part-maker's warranty where one applies, and our workmanship is covered — if the same fault returns shortly after a repair, contact us on WhatsApp and we will re-check it. The exact cover for your job is noted when the repair is quoted.
Can you service tenanted properties for landlords?
Yes. Landlords and agents across Ajman book us for tenant AC and appliance issues, and can group several units into one visit or an annual contract. Billing details are agreed on WhatsApp before the visit.
What happens if a part needs ordering?
We tell you the expected lead time before you commit. Common parts for major brands are usually available quickly in the UAE; specialist or discontinued-model parts take longer, and we will always give you the repair-versus-replace picture first.
Do you clean ACs for offices after hours?
Yes — office and shop cleaning and duct work can be scheduled early morning, evening or Friday afternoon so your working day is not interrupted. Mention your hours when booking.
Which brands do you work on?
The brands most common in UAE homes and businesses: LG, Samsung, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Gree, O'General, Carrier, Bosch, Siemens, Whirlpool, Voltas, Hitachi, Panasonic, Daewoo and Nikai, among others. If your brand is unusual, send the model label photo and we will confirm.
Can I get a service history for my property?
Yes. For repeat customers and contract properties we keep a visit log — dates, equipment serviced and work done — and can share it on WhatsApp whenever you need it, for example when selling or re-letting a property.
