Air-source heat pumps are widely used here for pool heating, water heating and space cooling support, and they perform efficiently in our mild winters. For summer space cooling they usually work alongside conventional AC — we will assess your setup honestly rather than oversell the technology.
What does a geothermal service visit cover?
We test loop pressure and flow, check pump condition, inspect the heat exchanger, verify refrigerant charge and controls, and review the system's run data where available. You receive a short report on efficiency and any parts that are wearing.
My heat pump shows an error code — can you diagnose it?
Yes. Note the code (or photograph the controller) and send it on WhatsApp before the visit. Many codes point to sensors, flow problems or pressure switches that we can bring parts for, saving a second trip.
How often should a heat pump be serviced?
Once a year for residential systems, and twice a year for commercial or pool installations that run daily. Regular checks protect the compressor — the most expensive part in the system — and keep efficiency where it should be.
