This website is an information and booking page for SaharaCool, an AC and appliance care service based in Ajman, UAE. We keep this policy deliberately short and honest.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you send us: your name, contact number, location or address for the visit, and information about your appliance and its fault (including photos or videos you choose to send). This website itself has no contact forms, no accounts and no checkout.
Your details are used to arrange and carry out your booking, to keep a service history for your property (useful for repeat visits and maintenance contracts), and to reply to your messages. We do not sell your information.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited so we can improve the site. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
